Palazzo Dellanos, a castle in the vicinity of Galugnano, is an outstanding example of 16th-century Salento civil architecture. Numerous dated graffiti can be found on the walls of Palazzo Dellanos, including examples from 1669 and 1773. In the Chiesa La Madonna della Neve, a fresco cycle from the early 15th century preserves depictions of saints of the Greek liturgy. The Chiesa di Maria Santissima Annunziata is a building in the Salento Baroque style, probably dating from 1665.
The Chiesa della Madonna della Pietà – also known as M. SS. Addolorata – contains an old crypt of Basilian origin. It can be accessed via a staircase in the middle of the nave. The Casa Museo Martina di Galugnano contains household objects and furniture associated with everyday life in times gone by.
