The Museo Civico Pisticci is housed in the historic Palazzo Giannantonio, built at the end of the 17th century. The Calanchi of Pisticci extend from Serra Montefinese to the southern slope of the town and stretch for several kilometers toward the sea. The Fossil Trail leads from Pisticci Scalo on a circular route toward the Abbey of Santa Maria del Casale. Along the way, it passes between the steep slopes of the Calanchi, with fossilized shells. This creates a landscape experience that combines geological traces and movement.
Marina di Pisticci has 7 kilometers of beach on the Ionian Sea. The beaches are subject to Natura 2000 regulations protecting the biodiversity of their habitats.
