Another established date is the Sagra della Porchetta IGP, which has taken place on the first Sunday in October since 1950 and includes live music and processions in historic costumes.
The local porchetta tradition includes a recipe passed down from generation to generation. Ground pepper, garlic, rosemary and salt are used.
