Guided hikes complement this offering with an accompanied form of exploration.

There are also designated cycling options: in the Parco Gola della Rossa e di Frasassi and beyond, there are routes for conventional mountain bikes, gravel bikes and e-bikes. The different types of bikes appeal to different interests and allow you to shape the active part of your trip according to your preferred way of riding.
