Wet meadows and accessible visitor trails
Pozze is a wet meadow in the village of the same name on the southern slopes of the Lagorai range, in the municipality of Roncegno Terme. The local protected area belongs to the network of protected areas along the Brenta River. This natural setting provides a distinct focus alongside the cultural attractions and directs attention to the landscape of the Brenta region.
The “Palude di Roncegno” biotope can be visited via a visitor trail just over 500 metres long. The trail can also be used by people with motor disabilities and by blind and visually impaired people. At Mulino Angeli – Casa Museo degli Spaventapasseri, access is barrier-free and clearly signposted. These two attractions accommodate different visitor needs without requiring nature and cultural themes to be treated separately.
Music, sounds of nature and architecture
The Museo degli Strumenti Musicali Popolari displays around 1,000 folk musical instruments. It also preserves the oldest collection of musical books in Roncegno Terme. Anyone interested in regional sound traditions and the cultural development of a place will find an unusual thematic perspective here.
The Parco Musicale, a themed park, is located directly next to the Museo degli Strumenti Musicali Popolari. Five green spaces form a circular route through the sounds of nature.
Another cultural highlight is the parish church “Chiesa di SS. Pietro e Paolo”. It was built between 1757 and 1782 to a design by the Lombard architects Bianchi. Its design follows the Baroque-Renaissance style; the complex consists of a single nave and four side chapels. This provides a clear architectural point of reference within the local history.

The cultural route through the historic centre of Roncegno Terme is designed as a game involving questions and small investigations into details and photographs, similar to a treasure hunt. The “Monte di Roncegno Terme” route begins in the square in Roncegno and leads via Cadenzi, Tesobo and the del Voto forest road to the meadows of Località 5 valli. The small Lago delle Prese or Lago Grande can be reached from this route via short detours. Those who like to combine their days with a clearly defined route and additional landscape highlights will find a different way to explore the area here than in the historic centre.
Thermal medicine and chestnut tradition
Casa Raphael is a medical centre and thermal institute. It combines contemporary medicine with natural treatments from anthroposophic and phytotherapeutic medicine. The facility therefore represents a distinct health and therapeutic focus within trip planning.
The two-day Festa della Castagna celebrates the long-standing tradition of chestnut cultivation in Roncegno Terme. The festival includes culinary specialities, Vin brulè, a market featuring local products and music.
